Our Process
Project Strategy
The design process kicks off with you filling out a simple questionarie where you tell us your property goals. Based on your answers, we will build a custom design strategy and budget and then hop on a call to discuss it all with you!
Design Development
For two weeks, our team will be heads down designing each room and amenity of your property. We will be building design boards, creating 3D renderings and documenting everything for you.
Design Hand-off
In just two short weeks, we will have designed your property room-by-room. From paint colors to cabinet knobs we will deliver the links to purchase everything you see in our beautiful design boards and 3D renderings.
Post-Delivery
Even if you love the design and can’t wait to start purchasing, there may be a few tweaks here and there. You will have a 3-day window to request a reselection!
